2. INDISPONIBILITY OF PRODUCTS

Customer orders are satisfied within the limits of the quantity of products available. In the event that the ordered products are temporarily unavailable, Gancimare.it will inform the customer about the time required for delivery. The customer's right to renounce the order remains.
In the event that only some of the products ordered are not available, upon agreement with the customer:

to. the order will be sent to the customer as soon as the availability of all the products is satisfied;

b. the order will be partially sent and Gancimare.it will provide the partial refund of the goods not available (if already paid);

c. the order, upon customer request, can be canceled and gancimare.it will refund the total amount of the order if already paid.

In the event that Gancimare is forced, for any reason, to cancel an order will not be held responsible for any damage.

3. BILLING

Those who need an invoice must request it when ordering by entering the VAT number in the appropriate section.

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, pursuant to art. 64 and ss. Of the Legislative Decree of 6 September 2005 n. 206 (Consumer Code), and proceed with the return of the goods within 14 days of receipt, by warning gancimare.it, calling 0982.424253 or writing to info@gancimare.it. Gancimare.it will be responsible for refunding the amount paid, within 10 days of receipt of the goods returned by the customer. The shipping costs incurred by the customer for the return of goods to gancimare.it will be reimbursed together with the price of the goods. The refund will be via paypal if you paid by paypal or credit card, by bank transfer if you paid by bank transfer.
